My heartfelt thanks to all of you who attended the parish picnic this past Sunday. A good time was had by all. And equal thanks to all of the committee members who worked so hard to make the day a success - from planning the event to setting up the tables, cooking and serving the food and cleaning up afterward. A real team effort that was much appreciated. As you know, the picnic is the parish’s main fund-raising event. This year we raised - with your help - the sum of $5,100, which will be used to help pay parish expenses. Once again - for your participation, help and generosity - I thank you from the bottom of my heart and look forward to seeing all of you at the picnic next year.
